Our Story & Leadership

Engineering Excellence Built on Mutual Trust

Founded by industry veterans committed to high-touch client partnerships, autonomy, and zero bureaucracy. Discover how our “Happy Team, Happy Clients” philosophy drives enterprise technology success.

Our Roots & Foundation

A Different Kind of IT Partner

Info Solutions was established by veteran IT executives and engineers William (Bill) Riley, Richard Roux, and Mark Olazagasti. Having worked together at Wilmington-based Info Systems (acquired by MTM Technologies in 2005), the founders recognized that larger corporate tech providers often lose sight of personalized client service in favor of rigid quotas and bureaucracy.

They launched Info Solutions with an explicit mission: build an organization with deep technical integrity, low employee turnover, high individual accountability, and a core operating creed:

“Happy Team, Happy Clients.”

Co-founder Bill Riley brings a rich engineering history stemming from a six-year U.S. Air Force career at Ellsworth, South Dakota, where he maintained missile silo communications, surge suppression, and cabling infrastructure for Minuteman I nuclear missiles. That military-grade discipline and intolerance for system failure forms the operational backbone of every network we build.

Our Philosophy on Growth

High-Touch Excellence Over Scale at Any Cost

As detailed in the Delaware Business Times, Info Solutions has intentionally prioritized technical rigor, cultural stability, and employee well-being over becoming an impersonal corporate conglomerate.

Our engineers average over 19 years of practical field experience. Because of our empowering workplace environment, our staff turnover is virtually non-existent — leading to relationships like our work with Beebe Healthcare, where our lead consultants have continuously supported the client for more than 16 consecutive years.
